Shipping & Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If the period has expired, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

Note: If you activate our LIFETIME WARRANTY, CONTACT US now and we will help you out!


To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And it also should be put in the original package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or purchase proof


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  1. Any item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to manufacturer defect.
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping Fee&Time

  1. Free Expedited Shipping for KINGSYARD members in the contiguous United States.
  2. All orders will be shipped within 2-5 days after the payment is finished.
  3. If the items you ordered are out of stock or due to irresistible factors can’t be shipped out, we will contact you to provide the best solutions.

Shipping Orders

  1. If an order consists of several products, we will try to ship them together and make sure all items reach you at the same time. However, as different products have different sizes and conditions, they may be shipped via different couriers. You will receive a respective email notification for different tracking numbers.
  2. Once your order is shipped out and get a tracking number, you will receive a shipping notification email automatically from Kingsyard. Please check the email address that you used to place the order for the tracking details.
  3. If you haven't found the email, please check your spam box and add [email protected] to your email list to receive our emails successfully.

Order Cancellation

  1. We accept free cancellation before the package is shipped out. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund.
  2. The order can't be canceled if the package is already shipped out. You can choose to return the product(s) you ordered upon delivery. Check the Returns and Refunds policy below for more details.

Delivery Address

  1. A correct and complete delivery address is essential. P.O Box is not supported at present. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA.
  2. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped out, the shipping address can’t be changed. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

Return Policy

  1. For guest customers, we offer free returns within 30 days upon delivery; if you have registered to be Kingsyard members, we will extend it to 45 days.
  2. Please contact us for returns via [email protected] with your order number and the reason, we will inspect your return request. Once your return request is approved, we will inform you to send the item back to us. Usually, it will take around 3-5 business days for inspection and response. Once confirmed, we will email you about the result and finish the refund within 5 business days.
  3. For all requests, we will confirm the reason; if it is due to manufacturer or product issues, we will take responsibility and replace a new one for you without any cost.

Refund Policy

All refund requests will be responded to within 3-5 business days, we will confirm whether you have to return the items or not and inform you of the following steps. If the item is needed to be returned, check the return policy part to know how to proceed.

If the item is not needed to be returned, we will confirm whether the request meets the following conditions, if it meets the conditions the refund policy could be applied, then we will send the refund to you within 3 business days.

 

Under the following conditions, the refund policy will be applied:

 

  1. Due to product issues, your return request has been approved while we do not have stocks for the items you asked for at the moment.
  2. Due to product issues or other unpredictable reasons, product status is not as described and you do not want to keep it.
  3. You canceled the order before we ship it out.

 

Under the following conditions, refund is not applicable:

 

  1. Items with a sale tag.
  2. Items with a final sale tag.
  3. Items fully paid by reward points.

DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE, THE TIME IT MAY TAKE FOR YOUR EXCHANGED PRODUCT TO REACH YOU MAY VARY.


IF YOU ARE SHIPPING AN ITEM OVER $75, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE. WE DON’T GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM.
