We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Return & Refund
If you receive the order and are not happy with the product(s), you can apply for a full refund within 30 days after the receipt of the product. You don’t need to return the product to us even if your refund is approved.
Just write to us at [email protected] to apply for a refund. You can apply for a refund if the following conditions are met:
- Product flaws or malfunctions
- Wrong items were sent
- Never received the product
- Accidentally bought the wrong color or size
We will notify you of the decision of your refund request via email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
