Verifying is quick and simple! Just click on the button "Verify with ID.me" and follow the guides to complete your verification. Sometimes additional files will be required. Just follow the page guides, and it won't take long. Make sure to enter both your first name and last name exactly as it appears on your military document.

Is the Military discount eligible for past orders?

Unfortunately, the discount cannot be applied to orders submitted on kingsyard.com or other sales channels like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart previously. It can only be applied to your current or future orders.

Why Can't I Upload A Photo Successfully?

Please make sure to upload clear photos of the required documents. Here are some tips for you:

• Match the orientation to the files (for example, use horizontal orientation for Driver's Licenses).
• Turn off the flash on your camera to reduce the glare.
• Place your file on a dark table or surface.
• There should be no other objects in the photo.
• Take the photo straight on and not at an angle.
• The files should fill up as much of the frame as possible, without any cropping off. All four corners of the photo should be visible.
• Have a look at the photo after taking it, and make sure there is no glare covering the texts.
• The photo format must be PNG or JPG.
