Kingsyard connects our valued customers to products with the Kingsyard trademark. We stand by the quality and durability of every item and this is a guarantee we can make.

If your product becomes invalid due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it without any charge at our discretion. Please kindly note that only original, unaltered or unmodified items, and workmanship are covered.

This warranty does not cover the damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over a long time of use. We offer a one-year unconditional warranty. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

FREQUENTLY ASKED WARRANTY & REPAIR QUESTIONS

  • IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR COVERED BY WARRANTY?

    Kingsyard lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the using period of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is the damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. We offer a one-year warranty for all Kingsyard items without any conditions.

  • WILL MY PRODUCT BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED?

    If the warranty of your Kingsyard product becomes invalid due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we would love to repair the item in the first place, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or the repairing cost of the item exceeds the cost of a replacement, we will certainly exchange it for you.

  • WILL I WILL BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

    Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Customer Service will contact you directly to ask for your permission of repairing your item or not. Please kindly note that the products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped back to you free of charge.

  • HOW MUCH IS THE REPAIR COST?

    The cost of non-warranty repair varies from one to another, and it depends on the material cost and the time period it takes for repairing. After your product is evaluated, we will send you a letter with the final repair costs and request that you call us to approve the charges.

  • HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR?

    Our typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the day we receive your product at our facility until it is returned to you. If you have further questions, please contact our CS team.
