If it's an order already on the way, it's very common that the tracking information hasn't been updated for several days. Especially when the package passes through customs or after boarding, the tracking information may not be updated for a period of time.

RETURNS & REFUND

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of receipt, please contact us at [email protected].?with your order number and valid photo proofs within 48 hours. For all requests, we will confirm the reason; If it is due to manufacturer or product issues, we will take responsibility and replace a new one for you without any cost.

WARRANTY

If your product becomes invalid due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it without any charge at our discretion. Please kindly note that only original, unaltered or unmodified items, and workmanship are covered.This warranty does not cover the damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over a long time of use. We offer a one-year unconditional warranty. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

If the warranty of your Kingsyard product becomes invalid due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we would love to repair the item in the first place, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or the repairing cost of the item exceeds the cost of a replacement, we will certainly exchange it for you.

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Customer Service will contact you directly to ask for your permission of repairing your item or not. Please kindly note that the products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped back to you free of charge.

The cost of non-warranty repair varies from one to another, and it depends on the material cost and the time period it takes for repairing. After your product is evaluated, we will send you a letter with the final repair costs and request that you call us to approve the charges.

Our typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the day we receive your product at our facility until it is returned to you. If you have further questions, please contact our CS team.
